How do I get into the app?
During early access, join TestFlight using the link on our homepage and enter the password CHAOS. Once we ship to the App Store, search "Salary Chaos" or hit /download from your iPhone.
Is Salary Chaos free?
Yes. You can play unlimited leagues for free. Premium adds advanced analytics, a trade analyzer, and lineup optimizer. Subscribe through the App Store; cancel anytime.
How do dynamic player values work?
Every player has a salary that changes weekly based on performance, role, matchup, and injury status. The hotter a player gets, the more they cost to roster the next week. It rewards being early, not lucky.
Can I play with real money?
No. Salary Chaos is free-to-play. We do not run paid contests and we do not award cash prizes. Premium is a subscription for advanced features, not a contest entry fee.
How do I reset my password?
In the app, tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. We will email you a reset link valid for 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account. You can also visit salarychaos.com/account/delete from any browser. Deletion is permanent and removes your roster, leagues, and profile data within 30 days.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
Go to iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Salary Chaos → Cancel. Your premium features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
I bought premium and want a refund.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for Salary Chaos. We do not have the ability to issue App Store refunds directly.
My app is crashing.
First, force-quit and reopen. If that does not help, update to the latest version in the App Store, then restart your phone. Still broken? Send us a message below with your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it crashed.
When does the season start?
We are running a 6 to 8 week simulated mini-season ahead of the real NFL season so we can stress-test the app with real users. You will get an email when it kicks off if you are in TestFlight.
Is Salary Chaos affiliated with the NFL?
No. Salary Chaos is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NFLPA, or any team. Player and team names appear only for fantasy roster purposes.
Where can I report a bug?
Use the form below and pick "Bug or technical issue" as the topic. Include screenshots, your iPhone model, and the steps to reproduce. We read every report.
